DrHolmApp.com is provided by Dr Holm App ApS, Kalundborgvej 114, 4300 Holbæk, CVR no. 38 97 42 11; In the following named "Dr Holm App".
Any price adjustments are notified in advance to the user to the email address stated in the users profile ('My profile'), which is first registrered at subscription, and with respect to the applicable notice period. Price adjustments will take effect at the earliest from the next coming subscription payment. Dr Holm App reserves the right to regulate the price of membership at any time. The possibility of termination of membership as a result of price changes follows the current applicable law.
A membership is continuous and renewed automatically until it is actively terminated. The subscription is paid in advance and by creditcard.
At membership registration, the user authorizes the payment for subsequent membership periods to be automatically deducted through the payment method selected upon registration. We offer payment via the following card types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dankort / Visa-Dankort. The payment method can subsequently be changed within the mentioned card types.
Upon purchase and automatic payment, we send a receipt to the email address stated in the users profile ('My profile'). If a payment cannot be made due to expiration of the payment card or the like, the user will be notified of this by email, so the user has the opportunity to activate payment with another payment card. Notifications are sent to the email address stated in the users profile ('My profile'). Both email address and card information can be updated under the users profile ('My profile') when the user is logged in to drholmapp.com.
On the payment page, the payment information is encrypted by our payment provider QuickPay and no card information or other creditcard data is stored at Dr Holm App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. If you are acting as a consumer and if mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations in your country of residence contain provisions that are more beneficial for you, such provisions shall apply irrespective of the choice of Danish law. As a consumer, you may bring any judicial proceedings relating to these Terms of service before the competent court of your place of residence or the competent court of Dr Holm App's place of business in Denmark. If Dr Holm App wishes to enforce any of its rights against you as a consumer, we may do so only in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you are a resident. If you are acting as a business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
When purchasing a membership at drholmapp.com, consent is given at the same time that the ordinary 14-day cancellation right lapses when access to the service has been used, according to § 18 section 2 of the "forbrugeraftaleloven" (Consumer Contracts Act). The rules of the Consumer Contracts Act regarding 14 days' right of withdrawal will then not apply, as this is a service that is immediately available and whose access has begun with the consumer's prior consent and recognition of the right of withdrawal.
A membership is continuous and continues until it is actively terminated. Membership can be terminated until the end of the current subscription period. Lack of payment is not considered a valid termination.
We reserve the right to send you emails from drholmapp.com regarding technical problems, payment, changes to the terms and the like.
